Accessibility
We want kincyindustries.com to work for everyone who visits it, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What the site does
- Every page has a skip link, a logical heading structure and a visible focus outline, and works with a keyboard alone.
- Animation can be switched off with the MOTION button at the top of the home page, and the site follows your device's reduced-motion setting unless you choose otherwise.
- The 3D scenes and the film are illustrations. Everything they show is also written out in the text beside them, so nothing depends on seeing them.
- On a phone the home page becomes a single column, with nothing held in place while you scroll.
- Text and controls are drawn to meet WCAG contrast levels against the site's dark background.
- The site sets no time limits and has no forms to complete.
What we know is not there yet
The site has not yet been audited by an independent tester, and we have not tried it with every combination of browser and assistive technology. Some decorative labels inside the 3D scenes use small type; the same information appears in full-size text on the page.
Tell us
